Settled in 1785, Independence Farm has been the homestead to generations who have worked, preserved and protected the farm and lands.
Sixty-one acres in total (57 acres in Conservation-16 acres open/pasture-remainder in mature woodlands) encompass the stately farmhouse, antique barn, adjoining trainer/manager’s apartment and office/reception area. Abutting lands offer access to a network of trails from the property.

This extraordinary equestrian facility offers 34 stalls, 80’ x 180’ indoor arena, heated office, tack room , viewing room, restroom with shower; nine oversized grass turnout paddocks, outdoor arena, wash stall, feed rooms. The antique barn affords eight stalls, tack room and heated office. In addition, a separate two-stall barn/run in and paddock for mare/foal/stallion is available.
